This space will present Magic’s story, its mission and its team.
The ambition: build a digital knowledge sharing platform across Cathay’s investment teams, LPs (Total Energies, SEB, Valeo, Sanofi, …) and portfolio companies.
Jurgen Palsma led a seven-person digital team at Cathay for 5 years, developing a proprietary platform for investment, fundraising and middle-office teams with dedicated tools and structured workflows.
He then oversaw the platform’s expansian to Cathay’s wider LP and portfolio community through a mobile app - enabling connections around shared industry expertise.
For Direct Evier, we migrated the store and worked on specialized search and filters with the aim of increasing sales. Order exports were also automated.
For Eclipse, we built a store that lets visitors discover brands city by city. The team can then update the store’s content independently.
For Onelogy, we designed the store and product page to present an innovation. The work focuses on explaining it before offering it for sale.
For Place des Arts, a gallery specialising in modern prints with over 25,000 artworks in its catalogue, Magic developed a three-year digital transformation roadmap to help it become the leader in online print sales. To achieve this goal, Magic put in place a complete rebranding aligned with its addressable market and customer segments.
Magic now supports Place des Arts in achieving their ambition through a new e-commerce platform, the creation of new acquisition channels, and an internal platform for inventory, order and marketing management to support the business as it scales.
For Yann Couvreur, we analyzed sales and prioritized the work. The site was redesigned with the aim of increasing sales. The project also includes tools for the teams.
